Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Laura Beckworth is an Associate Veterinarian at Loch Haven Veterinary Hospital, where she provides expert and compassionate care to pets and their families. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University - College of Veterinary Medicine. Her primary interests in veterinary medicine include surgery and promoting wellness through preventive care, as she strives to ensure each pet enjoys a long, healthy life.
Outside of work, Dr. Beckworth is a dedicated traveler, adventurous hiker, and an enthusiastic home chef. She shares her life with her wife and their three beloved dogs: Alexander Lexington, a curious beagle; Indigo J, an energetic black lab mix; and Fiona Pineapple, a spirited terrier mix. Dr. Beckworth is excited to be part of the Loch Haven team and looks forward to caring for your pets with expertise and a personal touch.
